School Rentals Instruments rented from GP Vanier are $100 for the school year for all woodwind and brass instruments and $50 for the year for all percussionist and bass players. This fee offsets the cost of annual maintance for all school instruments. You will receive a loan/rental agreement. District instruments are not insured by the school district or the school and that those who have rented the instrument are liable for the cost of replacement if lost or stolen, and for any damages to the instrument or its case beyond normal expected wear.
Rental fees can be paid online using the parent portal of MyEdBC using a credit card just like student fees! PLEASE NOTES THAT rental fees will not be ready for processing until the end of September. In person payments using cash, cheque, debit, or credit cards are accepted at the Main Office. Rental forms go to Ms. Livingstone in the music room.
School Rental Forms are due back within 2 school days. after being distributed with the assigned instrument.
