Chaperone and Driver Information
Travel opportunities are only possible with the support parent volunteer chaperones. Chaperones travel, accommodation, admission fees, and group activity costs are all included. Please contact Mrs. Livingstone if you are interested in chaperoning an upcoming travel opportunity.
All Chaperones need to complete a Criminal Record Check (CRC) through the Ministry of Justice (not the local RCMP detachment).
CRC's are valid for 5 years once received by the Vanier Main Office. If you have questions about any of these forms, please contact Susan Quinton in main office.
All Volunteer Drivers must complete a "Volunteer Driver Form" and "Use of Private Vehicle Form."
These forms must be received by the Main Office well in advance of the travel dates.
