Chaperone and Driver Information
Travel opportunities are only possible with the support parent volunteer chaperones. Chaperones travel, accommodation, admission fees, and group activity costs are all included in student travel fees unless otherwise noted.
Please contact Ms. Livingstone if you are interested in chaperoning an upcoming travel opportunity. Chaperone selection is at the discretion of the school administration and the lead teacher.
Volunteer Code of Conduct
All Volunteers must complete a "Volunteer Code of Conduct" form.
Criminal Record Checks
All volunteers must complete a Criminal Record Check (CRC) through the Ministry of Justice (not the local RCMP detachment).
CRC's must be completed each SCHOOL year.
Drivers Abstracts
All Volunteer Drivers must also complete a "Volunteer Driver Form" and "Use of Private Vehicle Form."
If you have questions about any of these forms, please contact Susan Quinton in Vanier main office.
These forms must be received by the Main Office well three weeks in advance of the travel dates.
